Digital project file
With the digital project file, clockin provides you with a central tool that helps you to keep track of your orders. All information recorded with clockin for each project is clearly stored in a timeline. This allows you to track project progress at any time, keep your head in several jobs at the same time and chat with your employees about them.
Project export for customers
To keep your clients up to date, you can export the project file at any time. clockin generates a PDF file with your company's logo and colours that you can send to your customer by email.

Does clockin fulfil the requirements of the new time recording obligation?
Yes. clockin's time recording system records working times in accordance with the ECJ requirement and the BAG ruling of September 2022. At the same time, clockin guarantees transparent insight into employees' working hours via the employee self-service.
