Information on the planned time, the project management and the calculation for target hours, planned personnel costs and hourly rates can also be stored for the projects.

You can create projects directly via the calendar. Here you can also see all projects and sub-projects/appointments that have been scheduled.

If employees are logged into the project, they not only see project information, but can also navigate to the project location using the "Map" action button or call the local contact person directly from the app using the "Phone" action button.

With the digital project file, clockin provides you with a central tool that helps you to keep track of your orders. All information recorded with clockin for each project is clearly stored in a timeline. This allows you to track project progress at any time, keep your head in several jobs at the same time and chat with your employees about them.

To keep your clients up to date, you can export the project file at any time. clockin generates a PDF file with your company's logo and colours that you can send to your customer by email.
